NPCs

Anybody may NPC mortals without "officially" having them added to the cast list, whether it's your character's mortal SO or their assistant, colleague, mother-in-law, etc. - there's no need to ask.

However, if you've got a recurring mortal NPC, or one of significance to the plot or your character/s, you may request to have them added to the cast list here.

Do remember that NPCs are secondary characters; if you're planning on frequently playing them independent of your pups then you'll need to app them as fully-fledged characters with a separate journal.

Gods may also be NPCed, however you cannot claim another god or mythological being as an NPC without first putting in a request.

To apply for an NPC, just fill out the form below:

Name of NPC: Include a full name for mortals - ie, given name and surname.
Journal: Which of your characters' journals will you be playing the character from?
PB and image link: For the cast list.
Purpose: Who are they and what are you using them for? Just a quick blurb, a sentence or two is fine.

Name of NPC: Maria Trent

PB and image link: Paget Brewster
Purpose: Former runaway currently works as a bodyguard for Heroin, aware of his identity. She has a Master’s degree in psychology and a law degree from Yale; she occasionally does work as Heroin’s attorney. Heroin rescued her at thirteen when her mother’s boyfriend assaulted her and she fled from her home. Maria is aware of Heroin’s identity but she’s never worshipped him or used any narcotic substance. Maria’s become a surrogate daughter to him over the years.

Name of NPC: Kris Bristol

Purpose: Former Cartel bodyguard currently works for Heroin, aware of his identity. Heroin had a major crush on him, back in the day, and so pulled some serious strings to steal him away from the Cartel leader Kris’d been working for at the time. Of course, it wasn’t until after the fact that Heroin realized Kris was straight. The only chance to alter that would be via godly powers and Heroin just considers that cheating, so he never did get to date Kris which is probably the reason they’ve become such good friends. Kris has been working for him for over ten years and is Maria’s usual back-up as well as Heroin’s shadow when he goes to industry events.

Purpose: Garm has been Hel's loyal hound since she ruled over Niflhel. He came with her when she came to North America around 1000 AD and has been her companion during her travels ever since.

Purpose: Don is superior to Nike in chain of command in the US Army, she reports to him. (Which is kind of weird, but Nike doesn't mind it.)

Purpose: Speed's ex-flame from California and the biggest reason he came to NY. A member of the Hell's Angels gang, he smacked Speed and around, froced him into prostitution, and pretty muched used him for his ability to cook up really good Meth. He's recently moved to NY to take classes at NYU. He knows nothing of Speed's true nature.

Purpose: Laura is Jesse's wife who, once secrets start being revealed, will probably be showing up in the boards making posts. She's a character who, if anyone was ever interested, I would be SO COOL with being picked up as a mortal character and moved out of the realms of NPC.

Name of NPC: Hisako Yamato

Purpose: A long time employee and business associate of Amaterasu's, Hisako is actually a very distant human relation taken in by the goddess in the aftermath of World War II. Due to their long standing relationship, Amaterasu often overlooks the terrorizing her staff and trusts the woman implicitly, though their roles over the years have somehow managed to gradually shift from Amaterasu being the mother-figure and mentor, to Hisako taking over the reigns of mother-henning the Goddess some time over the past few decades.

Name of NPC: Sebastian Bautch

Purpose: Sebastian is Eos's personal secretary/manbitch extraordinaire. He keeps track of her social schedule, runs interference when her ~~sons~~family is driving her insane, and warms her bed on the occasion there is no one else to fill the position. And he's just damned pretty to look at.

Name of NPC: Devin Tolbert

burnitall - She'll share the journal for now, it's just easier that way, since I don't intend on using her an outrageous amount.
PB and image link: Ashley Tisdale.
Purpose: Devin's primary purpose is to be Nergal's secretary/assistant at the funeral home and handle all of the arrangements with the families, since he doesn't like working with people. She's fresh out of mortuary school and he does, often, pull her down to the morgue to assist him.

Purpose: Theo is Ollie's big brother, three years older than Ollie (putting him at 19); he has a crummy job in some supermarket but his ACTUAL job is as bass guitarist for his band 'The Dormouse Said'. He practically brought Ollie up, as well as shielding him from their abusive mother, and escaped their house with his little brother when he was 14. He's a bit of a tough character but he genuinely loves his brother, his bandmate and his damaged boyfriend Kit (who I won't be NPCing but who will be making the odd appearance)

Name of NPC: Mark Reynolds

Purpose: Self-sustaining clean-up crew for Gluttony's immense messes. Mark is kind of like a personal secretary on steroids. That is, he manages the business when Gluttony ~~randomly disappears for varying days at a time~~ is away, schedules various business meetings for him, and organizes the mass chaos of Gluttony's life. You can thank Mark for the fact that Gluttony's penthouse stays clean, his dirty dealings are swept under the rug, and his business hasn't flopped on account of the Sin's glaringly short attention span.

Purpose: New Whig is the GOP's most hated son. He's young, passionate, full of energy, and he's sucking votes out of his daddy.
